SoleFresh is a collaborative development between O’Mara Incorporated and Milliken Chemical. The results are an odor resistant microdenier, bicomponent polyester that lasts for the life of the sock. Available in solid and heather.
SoleFresh contains antimicrobial AlphaSan, today’s answer to odors and unsightly staining caused by microorganism. Antimicrobial AlphaSan is a silver based odor deterrent. Silver is well know to be safe for human contact and effective against a broad spectrum of microorganisms that cause odor, discoloration, biofouling and other aesthetic problems. Through our unique vertical ability, AlphaSan is incorporated into textile fibers ensuring that the antimicrobial properties are inherent in the treated article and effective for the life of the sock. As you perspire, microbes present in the sock begin to feed and grow. Silver ions released from SoleFresh inhibit this growth, which reduces odors.
Available in polyester 70 -300 denier or nylon 40-200 denier.
